Official CAD coverage

What is included

Every robot-component entry tagged VEX V5 in the official CAD index was downloaded, together with 62 STEP entries from five linked archives. After exact-file deduplication, the library contains 306 component files. Some older or shared archive variants are labeled Archive in the library. This is a file count, not a count of distinct current retail products or competition-approved parts.

The index also lists a complete Clawbot and a competition field perimeter. The complete Clawbot is saved separately in the original download package; field equipment is excluded from the robot component library.

The original STEP archive, source URLs, checksums, and product coverage CSV are supplied with the project download. Web models are converted GLB files; complex meshes are simplified for rendering. Mounting points are geometric candidates and require checking when designing a physical robot.

These checked robot-related product pages did not expose individual CAD or legacy STEP archive links. Kits may be represented by their separate component models. No substitute geometry was invented.
